Directions

There are 2 main ways to get to the "yacht club":

From I-95 take Exit 24 (Topsham, Rt 196 exit)
Make a right off the ramp and head towards the Topsham Fair Mall. Go straight up and over a hill. This is the coastal connector (Brunswick Topsham Bypass). Stay straight for 5ish miles. Get in the left lane this will join Rt 1 north (towards Bath). Follow the Rt 1 North directions below.

From Rt 1 North
Take the Brunswick/Naval Air Station Exit. Go straight through the big Cooks Corner intersection heading towards Bailey Island (Rt 24). The Atrium/Travelodge will be on your left. Just a bit beyond, the Parkwood Inn is on the left as well.

MAPQUEST WILL ONLY GET YOU TO ORR'S ISLAND. PLEASE FOLLOW THE DIRECTIONS BELOW.

Now you're going to go straight for about 30 minutes. At one point you'll go down a small curved bridge and onto Orr's Island (its well marked). The "yacht club" is at the other end of the island. When you get to the other end of the island, keep your eyes peeled for a big stone house on the left. Just over the hill after this is a tiny road on the right called Merrit House Road (look for Home Lacey Lobsters). Make a right there. (If you hit the Cribstone Bridge you've gone too far it's a big stone bridge that you can't miss.) At the end of Merrit, make a sharp right and go to the end. (I think this is Osborne.) You'll see the entrance to the Orr's Bailey Yacht Club.

Note: If any of you are staying at either the Atrium or the Parkwood Inn, we're gonna try to provide a taxi service from both locations so that you don't have to navigate or drive down to the club (especially if you plan on drinking). See Where to Stay for details.
