i don't think we can say enough about cape yacht brokerage in titusville, fl. we discovered rubicon on yachtworld.com in may, 2001. jamie hopped a flight down to look at her and then flew me down the next weekend. it was love at first sight. a floating condo that you can take for a sail. we met our broker, bill pope, and the previous owners, the clewetts, down on the dock. after an inspection of the boat, we took her out for a sea trial in the channels. she sailed beautifully considering some of use were kinda rusty at sailing.
bill has been instrumental in making this dream possible. he's helped us in everything from suggesting finacing and insurance, to moving rubicon to a more friendly yacht yard in florida. he's made excellent suggestions on mechanics and helping us get work done remotely. without his help none of this would be possible. glad you liked those maine lobsters bill! ::wink::
